Due to the personal nature of fragrances, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged. We encourage customers to review product details carefully before purchasing. This ensures hygiene, safety, and product integrity for all customers.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Supporting proof such as photos may be required for verification. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

Please ensure that you make a video of unboxing the courier and perfume box when parcel is received. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Refund processing may take several business days depending on your payment provider. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
